This device makes it possible to install an EVduty charging station without having to increase the electrical panel amperage capacity. Another context of use is when an electrical panel is located in a unit within a multi-dwelling building while the electricity meter is elsewhere, in the basement for example.

The EVduty mobile app, available for free via the AppStore or GooglePlay, provides access to the residential charging station’s smart features and enables the use of public charging stations of the EVduty network. Over the past two years, several improvements have been made to the interface and new features have been added. Resolutely oriented towards the future, the management and engineering teams still have many projects in development for this mobile application.

The owner of multiple EVduty EVC30 charging stations (all Smart-Home or Smart-Pro) installed within the same Station can configure them in Power Sharing mode. This function allows a group of charging stations to share the available power according to the capacity of the protection circuit breaker that protects the power supply of the charging stations and the number of charging stations in use. EVduty power sharing is smart and dynamic.
